We ask that parents book tickets online to reserve your playtime. All timeslots are in 2 hour increments.
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
If your child is sick or you are unable to make your reservation, please contact us, and we will gladly convert your purchase into a gift card for future use.
Rules
Important guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
All participants MUST sign a waiver agreeing to our rules and policies before entering the play area.
All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Adults are responsible for supervising the children they bring at all times. We are not a drop-off service.
Our play area is shoe-free. Please bring clean socks for both children and adults. (Forgot? No worries — we sell socks on-site!)
Playground Etiquette
Simple rules to help keep our play area safe, clean, and fun for everyone.
No running, rough play, or climbing up the slides.
No food or drinks inside the play area. We have a designated snack zone and offer light refreshments for purchase.
Outside food, cakes, cupcakes, pizza, or party platters are not allowed unless you have reserved a party package.
No foul language, tobacco, alcohol, or any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Safety Policy
We follow a three-strike system.
A verbal warning will be given for the first rule violation.
A short, age-appropriate time-out will be required for the second violation.
If unsafe behavior continues, we will kindly ask you to leave.
We take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to remove anyone, child or adult, who is not playing safely.
